As climate variability increasingly impacts snow conditions across New Mexico, we set the stage for a more ambitious media strategy at Taos Ski Valley. With visitation heavily skewed toward winter and spring and a geography that creates friction in the traveler decision-making process, the path forward required a  strategy built for long-term revenue sustainability.
