Creating an effective communication platform would be no small responsibility in a state that consistently ranks low in health and economic measures nationally during a deadly pandemic. New Mexico Department of Health entrusted Idea Peddler with the critical assignment of informing the public of the state’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout as quickly as possible to save the lives of their residents.
In tandem with a coalition of partners, Idea Peddler launched an innovative combination of paid, earned, and direct-to-consumer tactics. We quickly responded to the challenge by educating the public on the importance of COVID-19 vaccinations at an unprecedented scale. Our messaging reached all New Mexico residents through rapid response media and Town Hall events and achieved an 80% vaccination rate.
