Aaron is an accomplished People Leader with nearly two decades of experience in HR, Talent Management, and operations optimization within creative agencies and digital consultancies like VSA Partners, Accenture, SapientRazorfish & SGK. Having cut his teeth in recruiting, AKH always raises his hand to take on more, which has evolved his career into Talent Management, DEI, Operations and Human Resources.
As an early adopter of new technology, AKH is always seeking opportunities to optimize and work smarter. Renowned for his ability to cultivate strong, authentic relationships, Aaron leverages this trust to build and sustain a best-in-class People function that drives organizational success.
After spending a most of his career in Chicago, he and his husband have returned to Aaron’s home state of Texas with their son and two dogs. Outside of work, Aaron’s life revolves around eating Tex-Mex, working out, hanging with his awesome seven-year-old, eating more Tex-Mex, traveling, cooking (sometimes Tex-Mex), and—you guessed it—eating more Tex-Mex. Naturally, this is followed by extra workouts to keep up with his love for queso and fajitas!
