Sara thrives on making things work better—whether it’s a marketing campaign, a team process, or the overall operations of a fast-growing agency. As COO of Idea Peddler, she ensures that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with purpose. She’s passionate about optimizing workflows, driving operational excellence, and creating an environment where good work (and nice people) can thrive.

Sara got her start in marketing in 2006, working for a shopping-mall developer, and focused her attention on media and advertising starting in 2011. She joined Starcom MediaVest Group and worked with brands including Best Buy, Altria, the American Egg Board, and the Paper and Packaging Board. From there, Sara moved to The Integer Group, part of the Omnicom network, working with E. & J. Gallo Winery as a Media Director. Since joining Idea Peddler, she has led the agency as part of the senior leadership team and key client accounts like City of Palm Desert and Town of Taos, deepening her expertise in travel, tourism, and entertainment.

With a background in paid media and integrated marketing, she loves getting into the details – whether it’s ensuring strategy and execution work seamlessly together, aligning teams, or improving process. Most of all, she believes that strong partnerships—both internally and with clients—are the foundation of success. Her goal? To make sure Idea Peddler delivers exceptional work while keeping the experience collaborative, efficient, and with just the right amount of fun.

Beyond work, Sara is a mom to two young daughters and is passionate about raising strong, good humans. Her free time is often filled with family adventures, but she’s also a foodie who loves trying new restaurants (and revisiting old favorites). She and her husband share a love for all things entertainment – music, movies, and tv series.
